1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between heh55 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the heh55 website located at heh55.io and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and promotional activities.

heh55 operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform with SSL-encrypted transactions and fair play certified games, focused exclusively on serving players in Bangladesh. By accessing or using heh55 in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a heh55 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

heh55 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may register and maintain only one account on heh55. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. heh55 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your heh55 account is for your personal use only.
• You must not allow any other person to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify heh55 support immediately at [email protected].
• heh55 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

4. Identity Verification

heh55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming. Identity verification may be requested at any point, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, following a change in account details, or whenever heh55 considers it necessary.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name).
• A selfie photograph held alongside your identity document.

Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by heh55 will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights and, in cases of prolonged non-compliance, account closure. heh55 may retain transaction records for a period required by applicable regulations even after account closure.

5. Deposits

All deposits to your heh55 account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). heh55 supports the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by heh55, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits, which are outside heh55's control.

• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfers may take up to one business day to be reflected in your account balance.
• heh55 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which heh55 bears no responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.
• heh55 reserves the right to request evidence that a deposit was made from a payment method registered in the Player's name before crediting funds to an account balance.

heh55 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe was made fraudulently, by an ineligible person, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your heh55 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.

Under normal operating conditions, withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 30 minutes. Processing times may be extended in the following circumstances:

• Your account has not yet completed KYC identity verification.
• The withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold that triggers an enhanced review under heh55's security procedures.
• There is an active investigation into your account relating to a suspected breach of these Terms.
• Your withdrawal request was submitted during a scheduled maintenance window.
• The payment provider is experiencing technical difficulties outside of heh55's control.

heh55 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees levied by the receiving payment provider are the sole responsibility of the Player. heh55 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal payments pending the outcome of any security or compliance investigation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

heh55 offers a range of promotional incentives, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as communicated at the time of the offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all heh55 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. Circumventing this rule constitutes bonus abuse.
• Abuse: heh55 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Any account found to be exploiting bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or collusion — will have bonuses removed and may be closed.

heh55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress unless the modification is required to prevent ongoing abuse or fraud.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on heh55 are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. Each game is governed by its own set of rules provided by the respective game supplier. In the event of any conflict between heh55's general Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters relating exclusively to that game.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on heh55 use independently certified RNG systems to ensure that outcomes are random, unbiased, and unpredictable. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as provided by the game supplier and represent long-term theoretical returns, not guaranteed returns per session.

• Technical malfunctions in any game void all plays and bets associated with that malfunction. heh55 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures caused by a game provider's systems.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with heh55 games or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or use heh55 for any activity related to financial crime.

• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.

10. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the heh55 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. 12. Privacy & Data

14. Amendments to These Terms

heh55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, heh55 will notify registered players via the email address on file or via an on-screen notification upon login. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the heh55 platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using heh55 and close your account. Requests to close an account must be submitted to [email protected].

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to heh55's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through heh55's support channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

heh55 makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are appropriate or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Players who access heh55 from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
